It also makes a great gift 🎁.  So, if you want to get away for the weekend, just leave - we’ll take care of the lawn.  Is your mower down? No problem-don’t miss a stride we will be there! Want to give that special someone the gift of time and relaxation? Book today and we will ensure they are stress free! Have a function at your residence and want it looking pristine? You found the right company! 

Have other tasks that you would want us to complete for you while we are on the property? No problem!  We will tour your request and give you a quote, separately from your Mow On Demand.  If our schedule permits we can perform the services then and there.  If time constraints prevent us from fulfilling your request, we will set aside a day and time that works.

Please ensure the following criteria is met before booking Mow On Demand.

•Bookings must be reserved through our “Bookings” system 
•Be paid for in advanced

*The Property Must Be.......*

•Property located within Monroe County.
•Property is 3/4 Acre or less. 
•Property is in good standings. {Overgrown lawns are a different pay scale & machinery, Lawns over 6” + are classified as “Overgrown” If you have an overgrown lawn, please contact us for a quote, we cannot service with Mow On Demand.
•Property is free of obstacles (within reason).
•Property is free of safety hazards.
•Property is accessible.

*Change Orders & Scope of Work*

•Change order maybe implemented upon arrival given the scope of work or undisclosed circumstances such as size discrepancies, excessive edging, hazards, accessibility and obstacles etc.

•2Lombardos reserves the right to cancel said booking at any time for any reason. Book(e) can cancel service prior to the day of service for no fees or penalties. 

If the service is not preformed due to change order terms not being negotiated by both parties, there will be a $25 service fee.

If service is canceled by the book(e) on the day of service, there will be a $25 service fee.

We do our due diligence and will confirm via birds eye satellite to confirm property location and size.  Sometimes due to obstructions this service is not available.
